1st stage

an analysis of documents received from applicants in view of their compliance to professional experience and qualifications with the requirements of the job profile.

2nd stage

an interview conducted by a recruitment specialist. This interview gives the candidates a chance to supplement the information sent and personally present themselves, their professional plans, expectations, and past experience.

3rd stage

in the recruitment process is a meeting with the future direct superior. During this stage, the candidates may obtain detailed information on the scope of duties for the position for which they are applying. At the same time, the supervisor can learn the in-depth information about the candidates and their previous achievements. Depending on the position, senior managers may participate in the conversation.

4th stage

making a decision on the selection of a candidate and providing feedback to recruiters who have passed the recruitment.
