The enhanced nano-wave is a technology that significantly improves the technical parameters of the product. Ultra Nano increases the rigidity of the material, which minimises the rippling effect, ensuring a more uniform and stable surface. This technology also gives the product an elegant and modern look, highlighting its high-end aesthetic values and high-quality finish.

Installation matched to the roof

Kuga tiles are installed in a brickwork pattern.

The fitting slot enables precise positioning of the tiles relative to the first row, so that the coverage retains perfect form.

Geometry that supports roofing drying

The shape of a Kuga metal roof tile is not only visually appealing, but also facilitates the drainage of condensation when laid in a brickwork pattern.

Deflection of the wave from the bottom sheet by 9 mm creates local ventilation that supports drying of the roofing. This solution effectively reduces the risk of moisture accumulation, which is crucial for maintaining the technical durability and visual appeal of the roofing for many years to come.

Enhanced nano-wave technology is a state-of-the-art solution distinguished by its improved technical parameters.

Pladur® Wrinkle mat

Coarse-grained, 2-layer coating system, in colours according to known colour schemes, with coating thickness of min. 35 microns. The sheets meet the requirements of class A2 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC in fire protection, and can be used in corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.

Aluminium MAT

Aluminum MAT is a uniquely shaped sheet surface (orange peel), which gives an exclusive look, better suppresses rain sounds, and ensures high comfort of use.

Very light - its density is only 2.7g/cm3, which allows you to design a lighter building structure and save on construction costs.
100% renewable - ecological material, fully recyclable, does not lose its original properties during this process.
Resistant and durable. The tensile strength of currently produced aluminium alloys is comparable to steel. Aluminium is resistant to harsh weather conditions, making it often a natural choice in many applications.
Plastic - it is soft and easy to process for a roofer. High plasticity means that almost any product can be formed from aluminium.
Corrosion-resistant aluminium automatically covers itself with a thin layer of oxygen that prevents further oxidation, in other words, it rebuilds itself.
