Now, it is available also in a new version, with a higher crease - 35 mm. The new TALIA 35 mm still means a beautiful shape, now with a reinforcement of the original crease, which offers new possibilities for shaping large and small roof surfaces.

The deck with a 35-mm tile height is characterized by exceptional rigidity, thanks to which assembly is carried out simply and efficiently.

It is symmetrical and allows assembly from both sides.

Both the roofing sheet models: TALIA 30 mm i 35 mm combine many assets and functions.

The exceptional slenderness and the 30- or 35-mm-high ribs gives TALIA its unusual shape. Unconventional finish of the lower edge of the sheet cut along the shape of the profile, called a 3D finish, enhances additionally the aesthetics of the design. We recommend combining TALIA with the SUPERIOR HB premium class coating with a polish guaranteeing an exquisite visual effect created by the coating. In order to achieve an extraordinary strength that will last for years, we recommend TALIA with the Pladur®Wrinkle Mat Plus coating. The coating is 50 μm thick and has a high content of zinc and magnesium. Its high quality parameters are certified and backed by a written 50-year warranty of the manufacturer. Additionally, both TALIA models may be purchased with all coatings offered by BLACHOTRAPEZ.

Pladur® Relief IceCrystal

Sheets with a proprietary ice structure, 3-layer coating system, and coating thickness of min. 36 microns. The sheets meet the requirements of class A2 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC in fire protection, and can be used in corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.

Super Poliester R-MAT

Steel sheet with R-MAT coating is characterized by high scratch resistance and UV stability. The varnish used is a combination of a thick primer and a super-polyester top layer with the addition of ceramic and acrylic granules. This guarantees very good resistance to external weather conditions.

Polyester standard mat (AM)

Coated sheets are the most popular ones among metal roofing. Currently, we use galvanized steel sheets, which has an anti-corrosive coating, as well as priming and organic paints. The last layer gives colour and texture, but also protects against external conditions.

Superior HB

It is an excellent alternative to a smooth polyester surface. Due to the addition of acrylic, the coating structure is slightly granular, and reflects light with a shimmering effect. The acrylic inclusion additionally hardens the surface of the varnish, which gives the product better scratch resistance. The sheets covered with the SUPERIOR HB metallic coating meet the requirements of class A1 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC regarding fire protection. SUPERIOR HB sheets can be used in the highest corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.

Aluminium STUCCO/MAT

Aluminum STUCCO is a uniquely shaped sheet surface (orange peel), which gives an exclusive look, better suppresses rain sounds, and ensures high comfort of use.

Very light - its density is only 2.7g/cm3, which allows you to design a lighter building structure and save on construction costs.
100% renewable - ecological material, fully recyclable, does not lose its original properties during this process.
Resistant and durable. The tensile strength of currently produced aluminium alloys is comparable to steel. Aluminium is resistant to harsh weather conditions, making it often a natural choice in many applications.
Plastic - it is soft and easy to process for a roofer. High plasticity means that almost any product can be formed from aluminium.
Corrosion-resistant aluminium automatically covers itself with a thin layer of oxygen that prevents further oxidation, in other words, it rebuilds itself.
