The implementation of an innovative system of sheet metal profiling has become possible thanks to many years of observations, analyses, and tests carried out by our experts in cooperation with steel suppliers and new technologies teams.
It is worth emphasising that SPS is protected by a patent granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
The SPS technological process allows steel material to be profiled under any climatic conditions — independent of the ambient temperature.
Thanks to this, you can perfectly yield the charge material, especially coatings. The key benefits that SPS technology generates include obtaining such properties and parameters that increase the durability of the material supplied by our company and the quality of its production.
The technology used makes the cover material extremely resistant to the destructive effects of external factors, corrosion, and damage.
At the same time, it does not lose its properties, providing effective roof protection and high aesthetic values for many years. All these factors, resulting from the use of SPS, led us the greatest success — extending the warranty period in products for Polyester Standard coatings (gloss, matt) by an additional 5 years for delamination of coatings The new warranty conditions were established on 9th June 2015.
The innovative SPS technology was used in the Blachotrapez production process a year ago, when we extended the warranty with our key supplier — ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe. At that time, the warranty period was extended from 20 to 35 years for PLADUR® Relief iceCrystal, and from 15 to 25 for PLADUR® Wrinkle MAT and PLADUR®RAL Premium.
The introduction of the Safe Profiling System into production was a breakthrough in the sheet metal profiling process.
The increased resistance and quality parameters obtained thanks to this method translate into specific benefits for investors who can enjoy roofing in an impeccable condition much longer than before.
