Ordering sheets that are longer than recommended increases the risk of damage during transport, processing and installation. Sheets longer than recommended may be deformed. This is due to the production technology and the expansion of the material under the influence of temperature amplitude.

Innovative IZO system

In search of even more possibilities, we have combined the greatest advantages of the Terrano panel with innovative technology. As a result, we introduced the original IZO system from Blachotrapez to our offer.

The IZO system is the only such system available on the Polish market, a unique system that minimises noise, stiffens the panel and introduces thermal inertia.

The perfect product

The eye-catching visual effect is ensured by the latch lock technology, which provides an aesthetic connection of two panels.

With the mini- and nano-wave technology, Terrano also reflects the light, and the "waving" effect caused by stresses and slight unevenness of the ground is less visible. The product is perfect in every detail, including the optimised height of the rectangular-shaped seam, giving the roofing an elegant and modern look. Terrano fits perfectly with the KROP Gutter Systems, characterised by reliability and excellent functionality.

Easy assembly with the roofer in mind

The Terrano panel is a "click" panel - a simplified version of standing seam coverage.

Properly mounted screw enables "longitudinal work". In addition, the panel mounting part, the so-called valley flashing, stiffens the panel and has optimal mounting holes. Easy assembly and convenient work on the roof.

A modern production line

Terrano's production process uses the latest technologies based on the global leader’s devices. The process is fully automated and the production organisation system is based on a standard ensuring greater efficiency.

An automation tool used by the modern industrial world in the Blachotrapez standard. With individual identification of the order, the customer can be sure that the process of creating the product from the raw material to the entire order is fully controlled.

Pladur® Relief IceCrystal

Sheets with a proprietary ice structure, 3-layer coating system, and coating thickness of min. 36 microns. The sheets meet the requirements of class A2 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC in fire protection, and can be used in corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.

Super Poliester R-MAT

Steel sheet with R-MAT coating is characterized by high scratch resistance and UV stability. The varnish used is a combination of a thick primer and a super-polyester top layer with the addition of ceramic and acrylic granules. This guarantees very good resistance to external weather conditions.

Polyester standard mat (AM)

Coated sheets are the most popular ones among metal roofing. Currently, we use galvanized steel sheets, which has an anti-corrosive coating, as well as priming and organic paints. The last layer gives colour and texture, but also protects against external conditions.

Superior HB

It is an excellent alternative to a smooth polyester surface. Due to the addition of acrylic, the coating structure is slightly granular, and reflects light with a shimmering effect. The acrylic inclusion additionally hardens the surface of the varnish, which gives the product better scratch resistance. The sheets covered with the SUPERIOR HB metallic coating meet the requirements of class A1 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC regarding fire protection. SUPERIOR HB sheets can be used in the highest corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.
