Enigma - or how to break the code of excellence in roofing materials.
ca. 1176 mm
ENIGMA can surprise you even when you expect a surprise.
The first surprise is the combination of classics and modernity. It is available in most coatings offered by Blachotrapez. Thanks to profiling in the SPS system combined with Pladur® Wrinkle Mat Plus coating, customers receive up to 60 years of written warranty. The symmetrical ENIGMA profile is unique and has become particularly attractive in black and brick-red colours.
Breaking space-time continuum
ENIGMA has been tailored to the expectations of the most demanding roofers.
Thanks to its symmetry, it can be laid from left to right, right to left, and arranged in a running bond pattern. The arrangement can be adapted to the specific roof and according to your own inspiration. ENIGMA continues to surprise roofers, homeowners, and pedestrians, which can admire the roof from every perspective. The innovative technology of stiffening sheets by using a bottom shelf in combination with other product features makes it currently unrivalled on the market. However, one thing is no surprise, as it is the feature connecting all Blachotrapez products: extraordinary diligence in the selection of high-quality materials and matching modern technological solutions. ENIGMA has already entered with bravado into roofing classics for many generations.
Colours and input material

Pladur® Wrinkle mat
Pladur® RAL Premium
Coarse-grained, 2-layer coating system, in colours according to known colour schemes, with coating thickness of min. 35 microns. The sheets meet the requirements of class A2 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC in fire protection, and can be used in corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.
Pladur® Relief IceCrystal
Sheets with a proprietary ice structure, 3-layer coating system, and coating thickness of min. 36 microns. The sheets meet the requirements of class A2 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC in fire protection, and can be used in corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.
Super Poliester R-MAT
Steel sheet with R-MAT coating is characterized by high scratch resistance and UV stability. The varnish used is a combination of a thick primer and a super-polyester top layer with the addition of ceramic and acrylic granules. This guarantees very good resistance to external weather conditions.
Advantages and properties
Sheets with Super Poliester R-MAT coating include:
- semi-matt finish
- high scratch resistance
- very good UV stability
- very good resistance to external weather conditions
- The right choice for both roofs and facades installed in sunny locations and areas with large annual temperature differences
Polyester standard mat
Coated sheets are the most popular ones among metal roofing. Currently, we use galvanized steel sheets, which has an anti-corrosive coating, as well as priming and organic paints. The last layer gives colour and texture, but also protects against external conditions.
Polyester standard RAL
Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra®
It uses the Galvalloy metallic layer, tested and used exclusively at TATA Steel, which is a mixture of 95% zinc and 5% aluminium, providing unparalleled corrosion protection. The organic coating thickness of Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra® is 200 µm. Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra® sheets can be used in the highest corrosivity category C5 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2. In addition, when the roofing is made of Colorcoat HPS 200 Ultra®, the resistance to external fire is classified as B roof (t1), B roof (t2), B roof (t3), and its reaction to fire as C-s2, d0 in accordance with the decision of the EU Commission.
It is an excellent alternative to a smooth polyester surface. Due to the addition of acrylic, the coating structure is slightly granular, and reflects light with a shimmering effect. The acrylic inclusion additionally hardens the surface of the varnish, which gives the product better scratch resistance. The sheets covered with the SUPERIOR HB metallic coating meet the requirements of class A1 in accordance with Commission Decision 96/603/EC regarding fire protection. SUPERIOR HB sheets can be used in the highest corrosivity category C4 in accordance with EN ISO 12944-2.
Aluminium Hydro STUCCO/MAT
Aluminum STUCCO is a uniquely shaped sheet surface (orange peel), which gives an exclusive look, better suppresses rain sounds, and ensures high comfort of use.
- Very light - its density is only 2.7g/cm3, which allows you to design a lighter building structure and save on construction costs.
- 100% renewable - ecological material, fully recyclable, does not lose its original properties during this process.
- Resistant and durable. The tensile strength of currently produced aluminium alloys is comparable to steel. Aluminium is resistant to harsh weather conditions, making it often a natural choice in many applications.
- Plastic - it is soft and easy to process for a roofer. High plasticity means that almost any product can be formed from aluminium.
- Corrosion-resistant aluminium automatically covers itself with a thin layer of oxygen that prevents further oxidation, in other words, it rebuilds itself.
